We are seeking a Case Manager to join our client’s fast-growing personal injury law firm. In this role, you will manage the full pre-litigation lifecycle of personal injury cases and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating medical treatment, overseeing insurance claims, and preparing settlement demands. Each Case Manager manages their own caseload while working closely with Case Support Assistants for administrative support.

Prior experience in personal injury case management or paralegal work
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, insurance claims, LOPs, and personal injury processes
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases at once
Proficiency with technology platforms such as CasePeer, Ring, Slack, Microsoft Office, CRIS, SignNow, ChartSwap, and Hona
Ability to work with professionalism and empathy while guiding clients through complex, often emotional processes
Spanish fluency a plus

In this role, you’ll contribute to our team by:
Manage a personal caseload from intake through settlement or closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and supported throughout their case
Coordinate medical treatment and monitor client progress, addressing issues as they arise
Communicate with insurance adjusters to confirm claim setup, liability decisions, and case updates
Review and organize medical records in preparation for settlement
Draft personalized demand letters and ensure all supporting documents are included
Reconcile lien information and confirm providers are properly accounted for
Research case details such as police reports and corporate defendant information
Collaborate with Case Support Assistants for administrative execution
Provide timely status updates to clients, providers, and attorneys
